I am 12 years old. at the moment i hav lots of spots, between my eyebrows, just above my nose. The spots are always in that space, and i cant get rid of them, at all! i clena my face, with water and soap every night, before i got 2 bed and when i wake up. i also use a cream called 'clean and clear', which i rub into my skin, and wash off after. i aslo have an 'Olay' non-greasy moisturising fluid. To dry my skin i sometimes use a pad which drys the spots up. but they keep oming and goin, and ic ant stop them. i admit to picking them a lot, and it is very hard to stop. i have now started to stop picking them, beacsue it isnt doing me any good. what can i do? i just want to get on with my life, as usual andnot have to worry about spots all the time. it is embrassing, even though i use a bti of makeup to cover them up they are still evry ovibous. please help, Hi, my name is Jessica.
